I am rejecting this response because:
HBO states it will complete the contract only when they have another delivery in the area, which may be months awayWe want the carport delivered and put up by December 25, or a complete and full refund of the $immediately so we can have one installed by someone else.

The installers did a great jobI would not recommend this company the two women in the office is very RUDE Heather is the one I spoke with and her manager was in the background running her mouth.If it wasn't for my husband wanting this carport I would have told them to come take it down

I have no complaints about the carport itself. My complete is about the incompatant installers hired by the HBO company. 1. Was supposed to give me an hours notice before arriving. Do not, called when in my driveway. 2. Didn't know the difference between horse shoe stakes and long nails with white cloth tied to them. 3. Immediately stated it would be $50 dollar leveling fee even before knowing where I wanted installed.4. Their idea of leveling was not to dig a trench down 4 inches to meet the low side but to take a concrete block OUT OF MY TRUCK and break it into pieces to raise the low side up.. 5. Every post but one is supported by pieces of MY block, some by two or three pieces stacked together. 6. Left over pieces of block was left inside the carport for my daughter to drive over. 7. Along with the large handful of screws that my husband picked up laying in and around the carport. Can you say flat tires? 8. The pieces of metal and more screws found laying in the grass in my backyard. All of which would have done major damage to a lawn mower and/or anyone standing nearby.9. The damage to my corner landscaping when they left. 10. And finally the cute way that they couldn't understand English when I called to complain!!! I'm still waiting to hear from HBO Carports to see if they value their customers or their incompatant crew.

I ordered a car port and pain the downpayment. I received a telephone care for instillation and also with a increased price. Evidently the provider where I purchased it from did not calculate cost accurately. I cancelled needless to say. Just be sure that when you purchase a carport from this dealer that the cost is correct. Also in preparing for car port I had to spend $55.00 for a building permit.

Would not recommend at all. Ordered carport October 2015, promised installation before Thanksgiving...then before Christmas...then by end of January....then next week...then next week. Its always next week....Heard all the excuses...not in area...weather...truck broke down...
As of today, no carport. Cancelled.
Scam company

On 4-13-2016 I had ordered a 12x21x6 ft. Carport from HBO Inc./ Mt. Airy, NC. The original color I had ordered was called a Q-Gray ! After I looked at this color more closely, I decided that I wanted the Brown Color. So, I called HBO on the same day I ordered the Carport to, change the color ! I talked with Heather and she said NO Problem in changing the color to Brown, since the order had just been placed !
Today, 5-4-2016 the Carport had arrived with the installers ! Before I had them proceed with the Installation, I had noticed that I Didn't see the Any Brown Panel's ?? So, I asked the Installers, what color do You have for my order ? They responded, Q-Gray ? I advised them of the Mix- Up and called HBO Carports ! I spoke with Heather and her Supervisor, once again,( After being on Hold for 15 Minutes !) and they told me that if I wanted to Re-order, that I would have o Pay and Extra $100 for Re- Stocking Fees ! I told them that this was their Mistake, Not Mine, so why should I have to Pay Extra ? I even suggested that, I was willing to work something out, as far as keeping the Q-Gray Panels, for a Reduce Price ! They Didn't even want to consider this Option, because this Mix- Up Wasn't their Fault !
I consider myself a Pretty Patient and Understanding Type of Guy and was Very Disappointed on how this Company handles their Customers ! I Don't understand how people can Treat others so Bad, like this company did to me !
The End Result with my Conversation with HBO Carports was, I'll just take my business Elsewhere and they Didn't seem to have a Problem with that, at all !

I do see that the customer did order in September 15, 2015 and yes what they said about our time frame of installation is some what right its actually 4-6 weeks which is on our contract its not a guaranteed time its just a lead time. We do apologize for the inconvenience we did have have some issues with a couple of our installers in August that put us behind which makes a domino affect. We know its not the customers fault and we try to send customers out as soon as we can. The customer was scheduled for November 9-13, 2015. It got reschedule for Novmeber 16-20 ,2015 due to the installer falling behind on the trip before this customer. We call our installers every morning to note where they are and if they are on schedule or not especially now due to weather. As soon as we know where the installer is at, we make the best afford to tell our customers and let them know whats going on. If we can find someone else to take the trip we also call our customers to make them aware. I have notes here that the customer was to be charge for extra labor which he was aware of and we were aware also and we waived that due to all the trouble. This customer is already due for installation and we hope that he is satisfied with his product. We do apologized for not installing before the deadline but weather has a big part in this. We hope that the customer reconsiders and is pleased with the product.  Thank You

Our recent records do show that Mr. [redacted] has contacted our offices regarding his tracks for his garage doors. Mr. [redacted] did purchase an 8x8 Garage Door along with two 10x10 Garage Doors and two 30x30 Windows. HBO Carports delivered those garage doors a long with the windows April 7th through April 10th. Mr. [redacted] requested for a drop off instead of our contractor's installing them onto the unit. I did not receive a call from Mr. [redacted] until three months later letting me know he did not receive the tracks for the doors. We asked Mr. [redacted] when he called as to why he waited so long before calling to let us know about the missing tracks. He replied that he hadn't had a chance to install the doors yet and that he had just unwrapped all the material and noticed they were missing. Each part is individual and Mr. [redacted] should have noticed right away he didn't have tracks. We have discussed this issue with supervisors and unfortunately we cannot provide the tracks without payment. We would like nothing more than a satisfied customer but Mr. [redacted] waited too long before he called in to the company. If Mr. [redacted] would like to purchase new tracks that can be done but he will have to buy them. customer was put on schedule for November 11-12, 2015 unfortunately the customer was reschedule do to the installer having a accident near the customers area and his trip would be delayed due to the accident. We then received a call from our installer that only one of his crew members would go to the hospital and that they would continue the trip but it would be delayed because his truck and trailer got messed up in the accident. Our installers made an afford to complete the job and the customer was installed. We apologize for all the inconvenience and all the trouble. We hope the customer understands and we hope that the customer is satisfied with the product.                                                                                                                                                    Thank You

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! Drew up plans and they called and confirmed them not once but twice, only to come on sight and build a cookie cutter carpet instead of a barn style building, totally opposite of what I ordered . The only thing right was the color. And now being told I'm stuck with it because it's already put up. And they aren't going to even try and do anything to rectify the situation. Saying I'M LIVID would be sugar coating it.

Review: On August 18, I placed an order for a metal garageI was told 4-weeks for delivery and setupEverytime I have called, customer service is unable to provide any kind of time frame and that is usually after a call back because they can't find my orderWeeks ago, I was told that somehow my order was misplaced and that that I was now on "Priority"Another phone call netted me a delivery date of last weekI have yet to hear any further dates and no one has taken the time to provide informationHad I not been required to put 10% down, I would have cancelled it weeks ago and found someone who can follow through with their statements.Desired Settlement: Prompt guaranteed delivery and setup or refunded order

Review: The carport was delivered and set up on our property on Oct. 19, 2014. They called and confirmed they would come on the 18th but never showed up or called to tell us they would be coming the next day instead. On the 20th I called and told HBO Carports that the whole carport is leaning to one side. They said they would put us on the repair schedule and call back to let us know when they would be coming to fix it. After several calls to them and it being a month later we still have no idea if or when they will come.Desired Settlement: We just want them to come back and fix the problem now.

Don't waste your time ordering and waiting for a carport or garage. I placed an order on September 4, 2015 and still haven't received my garage. After being told 8-10 weeks, they had the same line every time I called. "Maybe next week, just wait for a call from us a week ahead to set up delivery and setup." Same story week after week. I just cancelled my order today. Completely fed up.

Review: I ordered a carport on October 13, 2015, to be constructed at my home in 4-6 weeks. I called on November 9, 2015 to see if they could give me an approximate date of construction and was told that a possible run to my area soon that they were just waiting for an installer to be available. I called again on December 3rd for an update and was told that I was not on the schedule for December at all and they could not tell me if I would be on for January. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, of course they were all in a meeting and she wasn't sure when they would be out. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.Desired Settlement: I would like my carport put up immediately or be refunded the money I was required to put down intially.

We don't plan ahead due to weather, truck issues, holidays or other delays. With holidays around the corner we will not been working from December 24th through January the 1st and we will be reopening on January 4, 2015. Unfortunately, I do not have any trips in that area at the time but we have a trip in the area where the customer is on and is going out for the 1st or 2nd of January. We do apologize for the inconvenience we are behind due to some issues in the month of August the issues have been resolved. And we are trying to do the best we can to delivery everything. We do hope the customer is happy with the product once its installed for the 1st or 2nd week of January. We will be giving the customer a call the last week before we leave for the holidays or if he is schedule for the second week we will be giving him a call the 1st week of January to schedule him out.
