WORST insurance I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!!! Abysmal service!!!! I have lived in various states & regions of the United States over my 25+ years of employment and I have had nothing but problems in dealing with this "insurance" company(Problems such as: routinely receiving bills FIVE months after service because the insurance took FOUR months to process claims!!! Or being told by Healthscope my provider is no longer in network & would have to switch providersOnly to find out later from the provider there was a mistake - but NEVER being notified of the mistake by Healthscope!!!!) There are plenty of affordable insurance providers in the marketplace, therefore I feel it is a dishonor to insure any hard working employee through Healthscope
