The water heater that the customer damaged in shipping was paid. The owner of the property where the water heater was installed paid the fees associated with collecting the money owed to our company. The owner received their waiver. Accordingly, this issue has been resolved completely*** ***

ID#[redacted]. [redacted]'s employee, laid the water heater down and jumped on the box. Water heater's are supposed to be transported upright, that is the way that we transport all of our water heaters. I sent you a picture of the box labeling that shows the upright arrows, as well as what else nullifies the warranty on a heater. We feel that the damage of the water heater was caused by the way the water heater was transported and is not a warranty issue.I have left [redacted] two messages today, that he has not returned. One stating that we will file a theft by contracting, as well as filing in small claims court in regards to this. The second was to get the address of the Burger King that the heater is installed at and the Manufacture Rep for Bradford White can inspect the heater and see if the damages will be covered under warranty. He installed the water heater thus he owes for the water heater, plus he canceled a check for $1049.91 in which the water heater was $921.32.Could you please give me [redacted]'s Master Plumbers License as well? He is advertising and filed this complaint as a plumbing company. I would like to know the name of the master plumber and the license # affiliated with this company.Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.Sincerely,
Please, send your request for a lien waiver with the proper information to [redacted]
