We were very saddened to learn that this customer filed a complaintAs her complaint states, her daughter used her debit card to make a purchase from our websiteThe use of this card was without her permission, however it was a valid purchase from our site and product was received by customer in exchange for this purchaseWe have responded to customer's emails about this issue and offered to refund her fully when the clothes are returned to usAs of the current date, we have not received these items backAs is standard policy, we offer refunds when the items are received back and are in unworn conditionCustomer is requesting that we refund her immediately before the purchased items are received back by us and that is not in line with our policyCustomer's complaint acknowledges the purchase of the items and that the items have not been returned back to us as of yetTherefore we do not believe we have done anything outside the scope of standard business practices and we respectfully submit that this complaint be dismissed.?
