We write in response to your correspondence from Nov11, and Nov26, regarding Complaint ID *** of *** *** and report as follows:The customer has been refunded. It is further noted that, prior to filing the complaint with the Revdex.com, the customer never attempted to
resolve the issue with the Company nor even contacted the Company to indicate there wa an issue. Upon receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com, the Company attempted to contact the customer via telephone to discuss the matter in greater detail.
