February 22, 2017Revdex.comTo whom it may concern:This is a response to Mrs [redacted] 's rejection of our correspondenceI believe that Mrs[redacted] is obviously basing many of these opinions and matters on her hurt feelings.She originally came into Herfy's stating that the food that she purchased did not tastegood, not because it was "undercooked" as she statedShe also states that I did notoffer to exchange out her food, this is falseShe also states that the food got thrownonto the floor, some food landed on the floor after being put in the garbage (which couldnot be resold for obvious reasons), again this is falseWe could sit here and argueback and forth on how we "felt" matters went but that does not solve the issue becauseit is all based on hearsay, her word against mineShe speaks of unethical behaviorsyet she can state that I am being discriminatory based on me writing my name on amenu and handing it to herIf this isn't slander and defamation of name than I don'tknow what isMaking accusations like that is per Mrs [redacted] 's words unethicalAgain,none of this matters because all of this is a matter of opinionUnfortunately, I don'tknow what would satisfy Mrs [redacted] I don't believe we should be using the Revdex.com as astage to defame each other but to resolve the issue at handWe would love toreimburse Mrs [redacted] of her $if that is what would satisfy this customerThis willbe the last correspondence as I do not want to pursue this any furtherOur resolution isto reimburse Mrs [redacted] .Please have Mrs [redacted] to stop in to get reimburs anytime, anydays.Thank you,Herfy's Burger

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Hello My name is *** *** and I am emailing you regarding why I rejected the business Herfys at *** *** *** ** ** *** *** ** *** response because I wasn't able to do so on my tablet when I tried to respondI do not agree with the owners response to my complaintAs I was with my year old daughter who was a witness to the whole incident and I know for a fact that matters did not go the way Ms Y*** stated they did in her business responseWhen I approached the owner and told her that the shrimp was not cooked fully and I don't think they are even any good and asked if I could get a chesse burger in exchange for the under cooked shrimp? Ms y*** the owner threw my food on the floor which is the attached picture of her restaurant floor and then she threw my food in the trash because I was taking a picture of it being on the floorI have also attached a picture of my food in the trash as wellWhen I asked for my receipt she refused me and told me that she will loose money if she gave me a chesse burger insteadOn that day I paid dollars yet I'm only complaining about my under cooked foodWhy would I refuse Ms y*** the opportunity to try and rectify thus matter? Ms y*** never offered to exchange my food for anything else, she didn't want to give me a receipt or a cash refund of As my year old daughter was in shock by her behavior I called the police that day and they told me it was a civil matter If I have to pull Ms.y*** into small claims court over $I will because it's about the principal of the matter I paid for food that I never received and for her to sit and be dishonest over $I'm not only applaud I'm disturb by her unprofessionalismAlso when I told Ms y*** that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com she told me to go ahead and she said to me I am the ownerMs y*** then refused to give me a business card and wrote her name on a menu for meI don't know if she was discriminating towards me because I'm African American in a predominantly Caucasian neighborhood or was she just having a bad dayI'm the type of person that is willing to pay $for a liar detector test to a $lawsuit case based on my beliefs of what is right and what is wrong and the way Ms y*** threw my food on the floor then in the trash is not just and refused to exchange my food or give me my money back isn't just unprofessional it's unethical

the best possible service with dignityIn this situation the customer had bought prawnand chips as her meal to goShe left then came back to say that she was not satisfied with the taste ofthe prawns after eating out of piecesWe buy the prawns at a wholesale place therefore cannotguarantee whether the "taste" of our prawns are the bestThat being said, we have never had acomplaint about them in the pastThis is the first occurrenceThe owner tried to explain to thecustomer that she would make her something new but the customer was so irate that the owner couldnot talkAfter a bit of talking and the owner trying to offer her something new the customer thenrefused and said "she didn't want it anymore"Then the owner proceeded to throw the meal in thetrash as the owner is out the money for the food and tried to satisfy the customer's need, she could notobviously reuse the productThe owner is the one that should of been offended as the customer camein while there were others in the place of business making a sceneWe would like to provide her servicein the future if ever the case arisesAgain, we strive to provide the best possible service and think wehave been doing a great job thus far.Sincerely,Herfy's Owners
