Holiday Inn Express - Pinetop

I made a reservation to this hotel for a wedding I was attendingAll wedding participants were given a discount if stayed at this hotel and a shuttle was provided to and from the weddingWe were staying for nights, of usI called a month before and made reservation with a live personWhen the time came, I arrived to the Hotel and they gave us a king room!! I was a bit dis-concerned when I told them there were of us and they dint' careThey blamed me for that mistakeThat it was showing on their system I made the reservation online and said person King size pleaseI was shocked, I said no, I talked to a live person at this hotel, as I had still the phone number provided by the wedding party, and they said, " sorry we are full, we do not have any other rooms, have a good day"Kids were excited to get to use the pool, internet for a little bit of work in between fun and breakfast! but no, the concierges wouldn't even try to help, they wouldn't offer or cots nothing! they did not want my businessThey called the manager and she was the same, I could hear her over the phone saying "just tell her to have a good day and sorry"Then another employee said, wait we have a room with queens, great! but the manager told her NO! do not give that one outI had hours to get ready for the rehearsal dinner and find another hotel where all hotels were NO VACANCIES!!!! I finally found a weird Motel, no internet, no breakfast, no pool and very dirtyThanks for putting my family vacation in such a mode!

I made a reservation to this hotel for a wedding I was attending. All wedding participants were given a discount if stayed at this hotel and a shuttle was provided to and from the wedding. We were staying for 2 nights, 4 of us. I called a month before and made reservation with a live person. When the time came, I arrived to the Hotel and they gave us a 1 king room!! I was a bit dis-concerned when I told them there were 4 of us and they dint' care. They blamed me for that mistake. That it was showing on their system I made the reservation online and said 1 person King size please. I was shocked, I said no, I talked to a live person at this hotel, as I had still the phone number provided by the wedding party, and they said, " sorry we are full, we do not have any other rooms, have a good day". Kids were excited to get to use the pool, internet for a little bit of work in between fun and breakfast! but no, the concierges wouldn't even try to help, they wouldn't offer 1 or 2 cots nothing! they did not want my business. I had 1.5 hours to get ready for the rehearsal dinner and find another hotel where all hotels were NO VACANCIES!!!! I finally found a weird Motel, no internet, no breakfast, no pool and very dirty. Thanks for putting my family vacation in such a mode!
