Today July 2022 this company is advertising 60% off the entire site. As I mentioned before I’m a loyal customer so I know the original prices and follow all the sales. I was very surprised once I received the multiple emails regarding the sale.
I went to the website and I was in complete SHOCK, they had inconceivable marked up the prices to extreme Heights as if they wasn’t already bad enough then pretend to drop them.
Ex. Their “Extra Hair Growth Serum 8oz” original $149.99 was displayed as $169.99. The $169.99 was crossed out to show the so called new sale item $149.99 which was the original price for years including literally two weeks before this 60% off sale.
They added this markup Sale and another code “Summer 60” which gives you an extra 30% off on the mark up prices.
Hollywood Hair Bar is advertising 60% off which in actuality the sale is 30% off, the same Sale they been had on and off For 5 months straight.
I used the Code “Summer 30” which gives you 30% off and code “Summer 60” which also gives you only 30% off.
I reached out to customer service and they had no explanation.
I showed them proof of the original prices and showed them how they marked up the prices just to hide under the 30% Sale they had going on for months. They pretend it’s a new Sale in all Reality it’s the same old one, trying to trick the new and old customers.
I added photos. The Last photo shows the original price before the markup, and I have many of those photos from different purchases showing this original price.
Please stay away from this SCAM!

Apparently someone hacked into my accounts and used my card to make a purchase. Then they even used my email address and emailed these people. low and behold, I told them this was not me and I do not want their product well no response. I called my credit card company and blocked the transaction but that's not the bad part. I would of let the transaction go through but they charged the person twice the amount stated. I saw an email copy from their response and they are downright thieves. I saw their reviews so I would definitely never order from them but dam. I hope something is done about them because no matter how good your product is, if you are running a fraudulent business then you will crash and burn.
Saw their AD on FB and wanted to try. I ordered the product and once I got email I noticed and error with my apartment #. I sent an email right away for them to correct and was told no they can't. Mind you , this is a brand new order and tracking has not been created. After a few emails of getting nowhere, I asked to cancel for refund. They then replied no refund. What a lack of customer service!! This is why I never order from these types of business but wanted to give them a try. Judging from alot of these complaints I now see what they're all about. I will be contacting my bank once the charge is posted.
What I ordered was not at price advertised. I overpaid at regular price when it was to be at a reduced price.
I was getting three items one at two for $45 something regular price. But it charged me $49.66. Another order of the serum was priced at a fraction of the price advertised at $18 something. For the edge control your company charged me the full price of $45.50, and it should've been discounted at $11.90 but it charged me $13.90, your company charged me a total $109.06. Way over what it should be. I would like receive a refund on all except the main order which was the friendship order of two serums at $45 + s/h. Can you please resolve this matter expeditiously. I would truly appreciate it.
I was trying to give you a play but I don't want to be overcharged when it says one thing. It that is too much to ask just give me a full refund.
I need Revdex.com to contact them because I sent them a direct message and they have not responded. I send it early enough for them to have responded by now. That was yesterday. I now see they have several complaints. I'll just prefer a total refund. They don't have good business practices.
Hello ***, we are not quite sure what you're looking at & where you got these prices from. You purchased a Best Friend Kit which is $45.99 & that is what you were charged. You then added a second Best Friend Kit to your cart for a slightly discounted price of $43.50. The last item in your cart is the Growth Edge Control which you were also given at a discounted price of $11.90, the normal price is $16.99. So you ordered three items costing $45.99, $43.50, & $11.90. If you add all that together plus your shipping cost, your total comes out to $109.06.
It's possible you thought you were adding an additional serum but you added another Best Friend Kit which is 2 serums.
I received my items, however, they only offered me a discount totaling 30% but that's not enough. The total discount should be 45%. So I wrote them and they offered me an additional 15%.

They have not returned the money that was in excess. However, they gave me a discount on next purchase which is not what I want. I may not be purchasing again if product doesn't work the way it says.
The item I ordered was never shipped and I would like a refund.
I ordered a Steam Flat Iron for $96.00 and another item on March 14, 2020. I received the other item but never received the Steam Flat Iron. I emailed HHB several times asking when I would receive the rest of my order and they told me it would be shipped soon. On May 14, 2020 I asked that they please refund me the $96 dollars. They responded saying "I cannot accept any cancellation or refund requests as all sales are final" .. I responded saying I didn't cancel my order, it arrived incomplete. It was NEVER shipped and for them to please read my previous emails. I also asked for them to please explain why this circumstance don't justify me getting a refund. They stopped responding to my emails after that.
I would like a refund of $96.00 for the Steam Flat Iron that they never shipped to me.

HHB has agreed to issue me a refund and I'm looking forward to receiving it. However I have not received it as of yet (7/6/2020).
Why are y'all writing Revdex.com? They won't DO anything! Call your credit card companies and refuse to pay!!! Or go online with the credit card's BANK and open up a DISPUTE for the amount they want you to pay. If y'all do that it'll flood these scammers with complaints they have to answer before they can get THEIR money from the credit card company!!
If you used PayPal, do the same thing!!! Start a dispute!! Their policy is to NOT PAY these scammers until you say you got your product in satisfactory condition. And if they already paid, they'll take the money back from the scammer's PP account and put it back in yours.
Let the CC companies and PayPal do the legwork. That's what they're getting that 3 or 4% for!!!

I asked about the wait on my product as I had ordered 2 weeks before I asked. I left a comment on an Instagram ad the company posted. I got a response, but the next lady sent me a comment and was met with rudeness and attitude. For a company with as many sales, you'd think they'd work on their customer service, but half of the interactions I've seen with them were either condescending and undetected or straight up attitude and they need to work on their manners.

I ordered from Hollywood Hair Bar on March 26th, 2020 I Ordered 1 bottle of hair hair regrowth serum,1 super grow revitalizing balm and a one-step hair dryer and styler. I received everything but the styler. I emailed them over 10 times, I called to only get a recording saying email them, However I need get an email stating all sales are final and no refunds. I even texted to see if I can get something else instead and no response. I reached out to the sponsor ***, no response from her but she instead got on my face book page and put angry faces on my pictures which I find is very immature. I do have proof of everything as well. All I want is my money back and I will never do business with them again. I really believe they do not have that product because if they were out they could have said so. I don't have money to give away like that. very bad business.

I havent had any of the unfortunate situations as I've seen in the other reviews. My packages came as expected and the product really has strengthened my hair and has my edges healthy again. I use minimal amounts because the product is potent and it tells you not to over use. Im satisfied with the results but I want them to correct the customer service situation. Its not a good look and everyone I recommend this product to reads the reviews and don't wanna try it anymore.
