canceled room well before date and was still charged.
Booked two rooms with business, canceled both in a timely manner threw the app, some how they are saying we didn't cancel one of them and they still charged our account $180. To our knowledge they were canceled, and didn't know it wasn't until we saw the first night charge. We we called to tell them. They basically said the app error was our tough luck.
