Review: I visited Dr. [redacted] for the [redacted] time when my [redacted] started coming in and giving me problems ([redacted] I had called around and Dr. [redacted] seemed to be the only [redacted] that could remove my [redacted] "[redacted]" without having to have the [redacted] in a [redacted] with all of the extra [redacted]. My [redacted] visit consisted of a few different [redacted], a [redacted] from Dr. [redacted] and a [redacted]. At that time, I was given a detailed "[redacted]" with the proposed work I needed done along with pricing according to what portion my insurance would cover. After [redacted] visit I would pay the amount I owed and after my[redacted] visit ([redacted]), my balance was $[redacted] which was paid right then. I was told at that time I was completely [redacted]". About** days later I received a bill in the [redacted] from Dr. [redacted] that said "[redacted]" with an amount of $[redacted] I immediately called their [redacted] and asked to speak to someone in [redacted] in hopes to clarify my account was paid. The [redacted] I spoke to told me my insurance only covered a [redacted] of the work I had done so the rest of it was my responsibility to pay for and I should call my [redacted] if I didn't agree with it. After speaking to my [redacted], they advised me they couldn't cover any more and it was my [redacted] problem. I have asked around, specifically to people I know work with [redacted] and everyone I've talked to has told me it isn't my responsibility to pay for an amount when I was told I was paid up. The sad part is I still need my [redacted] out after a [redacted] of [redacted]ing Dr. [redacted]. I called recently to obtain my [redacted] so I could go to a different [redacted] to get my [redacted] out and the [redacted] at the front [redacted] told me they would not release my [redacted] to me until I paid off the remaining balance. After my [redacted] visit, I paid $[redacted] for my [redacted] and [redacted] so I don't understand why I can't have something I paid for.Desired Settlement: I am requesting for my remaining balance to be cleared and for my [redacted] to be released to me.
