Purchased what was to be one product online - was shipped 5 boxes, 2 each month @ $100 US per. When called the company said the terms and conditions *** to charge your credit card without further authorization *** - they also indicated that the 30 day return policy applies to the first product only.
Full refund of all products *** I insisted on returning the unwanted products - they said they will only take back the last two and provided provided cancellation numbers and supposed small discount for the last two boxes of products. They will be sent back

I ordered two Hydroluxe trial products which only asked for the shipping charges. However, the full amount was charged later. Two more packages arrived when I was away for vacation, which is so called monthly subscription which I didn't agree when I placed the trial products order. In total I was charged for about $750. I only tried one product and it is very disappointing. The product got dry and stuck at the tip of the dispensing nozzle.
I ordered two trial products only and haven't noticed the so called 14 days trial period for the refund when I placed the order. Even though the products were not as good as the advertisement and I am not satisfied with their products, I think it is still fair to pay the amount for the trial products (US$189.98) no matter whether it worth the money or not. However the following monthly subscription is not what I ordered. I got two times delivery for two products, which cost me extra US$379.96.

Hydroluxe stated that I am a subscriber of their products. Without my authorization, they billed my credit card with monthly subscribtion that I did not agree to. I have never receive any product from this company but they keep billing me. I only discover my subscription through my credit card statement and they only charged me for two month's subcribtion without sending me any product. ***

I have recently been notified by hydroluxebeauty that they have closed my account and there will be no more charges Well, that's not good enough. I very clearly indicated I wanted only one item. I have received four items and charged for six . I have Not been reimbursed by hydroluxebeauty for Any of the five items I never ordered.

The company charged my credit card almost $130 but failed to send any product. I contacted several members of the customer service department. At least two members agreed to send the product that I paid for through my visa. I waited but nothing arrived. I continued to send emails to the customer service agents, but they have discontinued answering my email.

I ordered my free trial of this product on the internet. I was contacted a few minutes later by phone, and advised the product wouldn't work unless I tried the recommended second product(moisturizer at the same time. I was told because I was in BC, I had to pay a $3.95 plus SH charge. I agreed to only that charge. By the time I received the product and tried it for a couple of days, I saw the $89.98 and $99.95 charges US FUNDS, on my ***. I contacted the company right away and they told me I was not within the 14 days from order placement date...to receive any refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was none and then was hung up on

Advertised as a free sample with the customer paying the shipping charges. Placed order on Jun 9th and by Jun 25th was charged $136.31 for the serum and $122.25 for the gel. I didn't notice the charges until late July as my credit charges up until the 14th of the month are due 1st of next month. By the time I noticed a 2nd set of charges had been placed on my card. I was going on vacation so planned to return the product when I got back for reimbursement. After speaking with their customer service discovered that they would not reimburse the cost even if I returned the product as I had 14 days after receiving the sample. *** They call it a subscription. One can't possibly use that much facial cream, gel in a month to require more of it every month. *** When I called the company they were unapologetic & KEPT reciting the terms of their conditions over & over again when I told them the charges were unacceptable & I wanted full reimbursement. I was told I could not be put through to a manager & I could either accept their offer of a $50 reimbursement per product ***. After being charged over $600 I relented. My credit card company advised since I accepted a small reimbursement I have no basis to dispute the charges.

This company apply the negative option sales which is in total violation of the Consumer Protection act 230 C. Seller to send within 15 days of the transaction a contract specifying all the terms of the agreement
