Very good company and excellent customer service, the best way to reach them is live-chat although I have only needed them once for a nozzle conversion kit, a lot of customers choose not to hire a professional and it is similar to installing a home heating boiler: if you do not know what you are doing the heating boiler will not heat your home or it will failI hired a plumber: the right way ! in to install my Rangetop and have owned the unit for years and it works wellThe company is very polite and as long as you follow your warranty guidelines and ensure a plumber or appliance service company installs the unit it should last you decades

Review: Dear sir or madam, I purchased in July 2013 from HYPOTHEORY a gas range (HTRT366NG) for $1,300. The range was sold with a 3-year warranty. One of the burner is malfunctioning and I called the warranty company ([redacted]) that is supposed to handle the warranty repair. I was told that the warranty was never initiated by HYPOTHEORY.I called HYPOTHEORY on 05/**/15 and asked to speak to customer service. My name and number was taken and I was promised a callback. On 05/**/15 I called HYPOTHEORY again after not receiving a call. Again my name and number was taken and I was promised that a Manager will call me. After agin not receiving a call, I called HYPOTHEORY on 03/**/15. I told the person taken the call that I called previously and still haven't gotten a callback. She assured me that she will get with customer service to call me. I never got a call either. When trying to call their main number ###-###-#### I am getting now a recording that the number cannot be reached from my calling area; meaning HYPOTHEORY has blocked my number!!This is ridiculous and those are bad business practices! They are using misleading sales practices for the buyer to agree on purchasing their range but they don't stand behind it! I spent $1,300 for the range and was supposed to have a 3-year warranty until 07/**/2016!Please assist with this matter as they obviously don't want to receive any call from me.Thank you for your support!Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Either repair the burner or replace the entire range.

I hired a plumber: the right way ! in 2002 to install my Rangetop and have owned the unit for years and it works well. The company is very polite and as long as you follow your warranty guidelines and ensure a plumber or appliance service company installs the unit it should last you decades
