Review: Unfortunately they are not very good at disclosing that the 14 day free trial has to be set up a certain way. Their site is not the easiest to use so I wanted to take advantage of the trial period any company should have and they would not honor it. Now I have to pay 134 for a couple days of service not fair.Desired Settlement: Requested free trial offered on the website

Below is the email correspondence from IRES to [redacted] from 11/21/13, outlining her options. We have not processed a payment on her behalf since the original information she provided was missing a digit. Since she is clearly unhappy with our services, we will cancel her account and write off the total amount due.

I know this has to be confusing, but let me outline the options

you have and let me know which one you prefer. Unfortunately, the

free trial is not an option since you already signed up as a subscriber and

accessed our system.

Cancel your subscription with IRES, effective immediately.

We will make an exception and write off the balance due of $173.00.

2.

Continue your IRES subscription, taking advantage of all it has

to offer, including the robust MLS system and marketing your listings on

ColoProperty.com®. Training classes are free and a variety of resources

are also available online for your convenience. The

amount due is $173.00 through December 2013, but we will meet you part way and

credit one month, reducing the amount due to $134.00 through the end of the

year. At that time, you can decide if you would like to

continue accessing IRES or cancel as of January 1.

I am copying [redacted] So that you can further discuss these options

with him as well. Thanks again for getting in touch. I am off

to a meeting shortly, but have copied the individuals you spoke with in the

IRES office as well as our Accounts Manager. Any of them will be able to

take it from here.
