I was sold a Chevy Silverado on March 31, When I purchased the vehicle I was told it came with a three year or 36,mile warranty by the finance guy This was a lie I was in fact charged for a warranty through a third party That being said, my trucks transmission failed at miles of me driving it I had it towed to the dealer on April 17th Since then the truck has been sitting in the back of their lot and not getting repaired The third party warranty company refused to cover the repairs so last week I had to physically go to the dealerships location in order to get an answer as to what was going on I was told about the warranty company refusing to repair the truck and that they would repair it themselves and I would have my truck by this past Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest Today I tried once again to call and see what's going on but continue to get transferred from one department to another with everyone telling me they know nothing of my issue It's be

I was told I was approved to purchase a truck and was sent to get insurance on the truckAfter spending on insurance and all day running around gathering paperwork for the dealer I was told that the sale would not be done unless I can up with dollars more than the agreed upon down paymentI was told countless of times by the salesman that the deal was done and paperwork was being drawn-out and at the end it was not the case at allI am currently out of pocket on the insurance for a vehicle I do not own and wasted my time at this dealerI do not see how your sales man are allowed to lie to your customers, all day the management told me that we where good to go and called me into the dealer supposedly to sign paperwork and later to tell me about the needed to purchase this vehicleI am very unhappy with the way you conduct business

I bought a new Mitsubishi Mirage with a sticker price of $17,000.00, I put down payment of $3500.00, when I recieved my payment info from the lender I found I was financing $I called the dealer and asked for a detailed explanation of what the vehicle cost, TT&L and any other expences so I can understand how we got to a finance number of $18960.00?? I received nothing, I went to the dealer in person and still received nothing

On 4/24/I went to Clay Cooley Mitsubishi to look at vehicles for my wife I told the salesman what I could afford and what I had to trade after about hour of let me go see what I can do a gentleman came out that I never saw again and said they would pay off our vehicle and put us into a newer vehicle with lower miles for a little more than I wanted so I agreed now I had already explained to the sales man several times I had no money down supposedly there was a contract written up I never saw it
After test driving a vehicle and deciding to purchase it had already been a hours long process I get to the finance department and start the paperwork and he asks me if I wanted to write him a check for $I said for what he said for the down payment so after explaining to him I never said anything about a down payment he said let me go see he came back and said that is what I had agreed to so I agreed to come back with the money after a few days
I had already gone to get the wife so we could fill out her side of the paperwork as we are leaving I asked for the second key and now they tell me there was only one and it is there policy that if a used vehicle come to the dealership with one key that is the way it leaves and if I had wanted another I should have made a deal before we had signed all of the paperwork its not like I was asking for new tires or an alarm system I just wanted to have keys

I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander on 9/08/Everything was going good until I received a phone call on 9/12/about bringing another check to the dealershipI already took them a posted dated check, then he was like I need the down payment now or I'm Coming to pick up the car nowI told him several times that I already brought the check up thereHe was like I got the check but I need more checks I need it now, then he was like I can have some one meet you to get the money He was so rude and unprofessional then he kept saying I would come pick up your car now if I don't bring his moneyso I decided to take there car back I don't need anyone harassing me about a carso I took the car back on 9/15/I talk to one sales person and explained my situation and I told him I don't want to do business with this company anymoreso he got the manager that was running the placeHe took me to the back office and we talked about my situation I explain Everything

Since January 19, I have been attempting to get Clay Cooley's finance officer at the Mitsubishi dealership to cancel contracts I had on a Mitsubishi Mirage that was totaled in an accident on 12/09/ *** *** is the finance officer's name I paid for GAP, Mechanical Repair Services Contract and Protection Plus through The Warranty Group, that I was told, I could cancel at any time Unfortunately, the car dealership has to be the ones to send in the appropriate paperwork to the Warranty Group that cancels these contracts To date, I am still receiving bills from the lienholder of The Mitsubishi Mirage because Clay Cooley has not completed the appropriate paperwork and sent it to The Warranty Group Numerous e-mails from myself to Ms*** and The Warranty Group, in addition to multiple phone conversations with the bank who holds the loan have not resulted in any type of resolution I have talked to Ms*** face-to-face and she assured me that she

On 8/18/2018, this dealership sold me a "new" carAfter not receiving my new plates, I contacted the DMV on 10/10/18, and discovered the title and registration had not been filed and that the car had been previously titled and that the dealership did not have the titleThis prevents me from obtaining plates or legally driving the car when the temporary tags expire next weekAfter multiple trips to the dealership and several misrepresentations of the status of the title, the general manager finally made time to tell me it was my responsibility for buying the car and that he would not resolve the issue or accept a return on the vehicle. He accepted no responsibility for selling me a previously owned car as "new"

I bought a car from Clay Cooley Mitsubishi on March 31, On April my car was taken from my drivewayI filed police report for auto theft and called Clay Cooley to see if there was a GPS in the car and asked them if they could track itThe salesman told me they didn’t put a GPS in the carI missed a couple of days from work due to the situation, had to rent a car to get to work and I also had to change my house locks because the house keys where in the car when it was takenOn May the salesman *** *** from Clay Cooley called me and told me they had the carHe explained to me a tow truck left it at their location because that was the last address on fileHe asked me to go and pick up the carThen I called the Arlington Police Department and asked them what was the procedure now The Arlington Police Department told me not to drive a stolen vehicle, that Clay Cooley should call them so that they could do a recovery report on the carI then called Clay Cooley an

I stopped here looking for a long term relationshipIt is nice to find someone you can depend on in every tradeI was in need of a new vehicle and ready to pay cashI found them mostly helpful although somewhat pushy during the saleI bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander and after the papers were signed I was informed they only had one key but assured me that I could pick up another one the next dayI showed up the next day and no key and really no time for my problemThe man I was dealing with left me for a possible saleWhile waiting I witnessed a belligerent outburst from a customer due to their dismissive attitudeFast forward months and still no keyI have made many calls with have been either ignored, passed off to someone assuring me help or straight up hung up onThe more I called the more frequent rude behavior was receivedAs I see from other reviews on many websites this is their business modelBuyer beware

I purchased a Suzuki Kizashi about a month agoBefore even driving off the lot I was told to bring it back to get a tired replaced and the driver's side blinkerWent back they replaced the tire but not the blinkerWhen I left I called back and explained that and that the tire sensor never went offI was told to bring it back it to get fixed and that the sensor would go off after driving it for about five miles (never went off) when I finally did I was accused by one of the workers that I must've did something to the car for it not to workI have a friend that's a mechanic and he said this car had been in a major wreck and it looks like they pieced it back together to sell it; because if you look under the car there are parts obviously missingNo I drove off the lot like this and was told to bring it backAnd was also told by the same worker I think his name was Tim(Asian looking man) (not being racist) that I had to pay for the partThe manager Taz reassured me I did not h

I purchased an SUV from Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in October It's apparent that they are accustom to working with people with bad creditThis in NOT my situationI walked in with financing in handAll I needed was a vehicleI specifically told the sales rep that I wanted the maintenance package and DID NOT need GAP insurance as my Credit Union covered it for a MUCH better priceWhen all was said and done, I ended up with GAP insurance and no maintenanceI went back to the dealership to get that squared awayFast forward to first oil change, no one can find the maintenance info on the systemI have to call the sales manager (whose name and number I have in my cell because of the number of problems I've had with the dealership) and have him "approve" my oil changeHe said he'd add the info to the systemI went back six weeks later, same issueYesterday, I called to schedule my next appointmentNo surprise, the information STILL isn't on the system SIX months laterAll of this happened after they kept my trade in vehicle for more than days which meant that I had to pay car notes to two different companiesI've called the corporate office and all they do is send me back to the dealershipThey are scammersTaurus R*** (*** ***) told me he was doing me a favor by listening to my complaintI have NEVER dealt with such unprofessional people in my life
