Lack of food items
So my wife is Swedish and therefore I have a cumulated a lot of Swedish friends in the Sacramento area when you first opened your food selections were pretty good and now they’re almost non-existent just wondering what is going on

I am rejecting this response because: I finally received the refund check yesterday (12/26/17) in the mail but the amount is not what I expectedI was told I would get $back but only received a check for $I am not sure what they based their refund on because there is no inventory or description on the refund receipt

Called customer on 8/9/@ 11:Informed customer that the sink will work with non-IKEA faucets as long as it is the same diameterCustomer stated that the diameter of the hole in the top measures 1/8" however, the base of the hole measures lessCustomer states that an employee recommended
that he use sandpaper to sand down the portion of the hole that is too narrow and asked me if that would be acceptableI informed the customer that though he is welcome to come into the store to do an exchange for the product, he is able to sand the area of the item if he so choosesCustomer was concerned with warrantee for the product and did not want to void his warrantee if he were to do soI assured the customer that we would honor any warrantee issues for him should any arise and gave him my name and phone number to contact me directly if that were the caseCustomer seemed to be satisfied with the solution and will call me if neededThank you, *** ***Customer Relations Manager

Hello, This customer had attempted to bring unpaid merchandise into the returns departmentThe customer stated that she was returning merchandise and the manager informed her that unpaid goods were not permitted to go into that area and offered to hold the item for the customerThe
customer left the goods with the manager and when the manager witnessed her leave the store, the manager walked outside to see if she was coming back in before putting the item into the go backs areaThe manager determined that the customer was not coming back in and proceeded to put the item in the go backs areaShortly after, the customer came back into the store and began to yell at the manager that she was not stealingThe manager proceeded with her task and the customer left the store.Thank you, ***
