Review: I took my android cell phone to ink n more and the owner told me he could fix the broken glass screen for $65. At this time the glass screen was cracked but my phone worked fine. The owner said it would take 2 hours and then I could come back to get it. I went back 2.5 hours later and he told me he broke the LCD and was purchasing a new one and installing it for me as soon as it came in, he siad the phone wouldnt be ready until tuesday. I took them my phone on thursday october 4th. Then on tuesday october 9th when I picked up my phone he told me it was having trouble with the battery life and I said that was normal. I asked him why my phone was all scratched up and he said it was from the removal of the screen which was fine with me. He felt bad for breaking the LCD so he only charged me $25. After returning home I started to notice my phone was not acting right, the screen (LCD) would freeze up and/or turn black. I let my phone fully charge for 12hrs (as they recomend when purchasing a new cell phone) thinking it may have had something to do with the low battery and wanted to see if it improved. After the issue not resolving itself I then noticed when trying to take a picture my camera wouldnt work, the screen was black and when I took the case off I realized it was broken. On october 12I called the owner and told him the problems with my phone and asked if he could fix it and he said he could do nothing more with it and he was sorry but he was not going to do anything with it. I am very upset I basically just paid him to break my phone. Atleast prior to having the screen fixed it was still a perfect working phone. He did not handle the situation very perfesionally. This is very bad buisness!Desired Settlement: I want my cell phone in the working condition it was in prior to the buisness owner "fixing" my screen. I would settle for a used replacemt of the same phone or payment to purchase a similar android.
