Paid for IPS-Notary to serve a capias (civil arrest warrant) on [redacted] Defendent has not been arrested as promised and paid for in timely manner. Paid for IPS-Notary to serve a capias (civil arrest warrant) on [redacted] A small claims case against defendent was won over the summer and I contacted IPS-Notary to handle the capias (civil arrest) as I am also a notary for Massachusetts. The capias services I paid for on [redacted] were to go to defendents home and do a civil arrest- which brings defendent to court house to address the non payment of the small claim in court and have resolution to the case.I have sent emails back and forth and am getting no results. The most recent one was after a myriad of communication as to the status of the capias. IPS-Notary informed me that he was having someone go out to the defendents home BUT that the capias arrest still hadnt happened.According to court, the defendent should be arrested and brought to court on a Friday- still awaiting the services to happen almost 2 months after they took my [redacted] for the processing.Desired SettlementI would like the capias served and defendent brought to courthouse by Friday [redacted] as he should be.Business Response Mr. [redacted] is out of office due to medical reasons until [redacted] I will answer this Complaint: The civil arrest warrant (Capias) has not been enforced because the judgement debtor has been evading service of process. A civil warrant is not handles like a criminal warrant. The judgement debtor could already be incarcerated on a criminal matter he is involved with.I apologize to the complainant; however, we have been searching for the debtor for a long time. The Capias is still active.Does the Revdex.com generally hold individual officers accountable for a warrant that can't be enforced because of the judgement debtor illegally evading service of process? Out of all the Capias Warrants of Civil Arrest we have enforced, only 3 are outstanding and unenforced as of today, [redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I would like an explanation as to why I have not heard any information since July from the business. In addition, I have provided specific information as to a time and a place we have the defendant was located. I was told he would be brought to justice at that time. And nothing happened. So I'm concerned that they are not following through with what they say they are doing.I have seen the defendant on numerous occasions at his own property. Yet, the business still has not been able to enforce the cape is? I just find that questionable

I applied to IPS Notary for an Apostille in December 2012. I paid them at that time. Since then I have not received this. I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails asking for the status of my application but they have not responded.Desired SettlementI want them to complete the task they said they would.Business' Initial Response The Apostille was mailed to the customer nearly two months ago. Furthermore, [redacted] has been on medical leave for quite some time. Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)so what happened to the Apostille they claim to have sentBusiness' Final Response IPS is not a member of Revdex.com so the fact that we responded to you through the Revdex.com is irrelevant. After receiving numerous emails from the customer on a daily basis and him sayung he'd contact the police over this minor dispute we began ignoring your emails. This customer is ONLY customer who has complained about our Apostille services and we've handled well over 130 requests this year alone without any issues.

The law office I work for uses the services IPS. They are very professional and prompt in returning my emails. I highly recommend their Subpoena and process server services.
