we apologized to customer that the 'b' fell off his set of beats ad therefore offered a partial refund or to return and we would provide a label. However since he has thrown them away we are left with not many options to assist.

According to our tracking link the item has been delivered on september 6.[redacted]

customer will receive a full refund once the item is returned and we will not replace with an alternative one

I am rejecting this response because: After I emailed the company and told them I have disputed the charge and contacted the BB  i told them to cancel my order and refund my money because I do not want any part of their business. Instead of listening to my request they supposedly sent a new order with an excuse that the first package was shipped but DHL forgot to scan it. So a major shipping company just loads packages and doesn't scan them. I was then emailed by Susan saying my package was being expedited so I would get them for the holidays. That was a week ago. I got an email from the post office saying a package just left the company TODAY. That means they could have cancelled my order and refunded my money and they lied about sending it a week ago and they lied about receiving it in time for Christmas. I was also sent a email saying if I get 2 packages I would be charged if I don't send one back. Well with all this trouble and lies I would say even if they receive it back they will pretend they didn't.

However, the email I received from them does not state what is stated here on your site. The emailed I received from them said they would send a replacement if they still had one in stock, if not then they would refund my money. I would like a refund only, because I am now Leary of the way they do business after not responding to my emails and suggested I check my spam folder, which is a common practice I always do when wanting to hear back from a company. I would appreciate a full refund.

We wrote to the email listed from Revdex.com that the beats we sell are 100% authentic. We could not find name and email address in our system.

Customer received a return label for the watch on 10/6 and unfortunately the return label  malfunctioned and the item was returned to sender. We issued a new label on 10/20 and since the item is in transit on its return we have issued a full refund.

Hi,We shipped this item on September 18th, 2014 without a tracking  number, it was shipped in an envelop that should have arrived in the mail by now. If not, I would be happy to refund the customer in full.
