Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had my phone checked at an Apple store on 2/13/ They checked the battery and found it to be completely fine The technician confirmed that the actual phone display was bent when it was removed I have never removed this display before, so this had to have happened at the [redacted] company Also, ***, [redacted] who originally addressed this issue, reported to me that this was an issue with the display So clearly, the employees at this company are not communicating factual information Sincerely, [redacted]
Hello, Yes this is caused by the battery swellingHere is a video of the problem you are having: *** *** noted of the same issue in your orderWe have both came to the same conclusion. I think you are confused because the screen is the actual part that is broken but again this is due to the battery swelling and pushing the screen outward. I have check Apple for the record report on the date you took the phone to the Apple storeThere was no record for that date. But please don't worryWe will be happy to get the iPhone swapped out for a new iPhone 6S under the Apple re-call program for you so you do not have to deal with Apple directly. Please send your device to: *** *** *** *** **Kirkwood MO 63122 I will personally deal with Apple my self since we have such a good relationship together and will send your new 6S back to you widays of receiving your package. Thank you, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I have repair records from 3/13/stating that the battery is intact and functioningIt is not an issue of swellingThe technician stated the damage was caused to the display of the phone when it was pried openI’m not sure how you can deny this fact I know for a fact that Apple would not release these repair records to you as you do not even know the location that I had it fixed nor do you know the repair number, both of which you would need to access these recordsI will not accept a “new iPhone 6s” as you have already scammed me once.
Sincerely,
*** ***

up so you are able to know for sure that it is your phone. This looks like it could have been caused by the battery swelling up which is a common issue. Because of this it pushed the screen outwards as seen in pictures. This is due from a bad battery and is covered by Apple warranty. There was re-call for this issue. We would recommend taking to Apple for the re-call notice and they can provide you with a replacement. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you
