On August 19, 2013, I called AB Appliance and told him about a problem with my dishwasher. Before he fixed it, he told me he would charge me $18 for labor, and $37.87 for the part. I gave him the money in cash (I have copy of receipt), and he said he would return in two days to fix it. He never did return with the part. Since then I have called him numerous times, but he does not answer his phone and now his phone is disconnected.
