I have called a lot of places in South Boston VA about my A/C unit was noting cooling like it should. So my mother-n-law said call J. A. Holmes glade I did from the time they took my call to the time them came out they were the best. They told me everything that was wrong and what it would cost. I have never in my 35 year have had a great team as J. A. Holmes is they really care about there customers. I have to say love you guys!! Also they are come out to do my well also they are a GOD sense. Thank you for everything J. A. Holmes and the workers you have are A+ in my book. You are my number one people to go to.
This company has provided service at my home twice for different issues and I have been extremely pleased with the work of these professionals[redacted])both times. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. They arrived exactly when promised and kept me informed on what was needed to take care of my problem BEFORE the work was done, giving me choices. I will not hesitate to call on them again if needed.
