I had this buisness come out in June of 2015 for an insurance job. They gave me a lot of excusses why they couldn't start and when they did they were never here when they said they would be. They did not complete the job at all and what little they did so was horrible. Danny is a talker and scaled me and I'm I'm a trained mental health professional. I begged, pleded and threatened with legal action and he still would not come and complete the job. He told me he was licensed and insured and when I found out recently he wasn't and confronted him he said he was and refused to give me the info. The DPOR clearly says he's not licensed. This guy is the worst of the worst. He preys on people. I plan on doing everything I can to make sure he doesn't do this to others and he returns my almost 3,0000. So I can get the work done and more bc of the continued water damage since it wasn't fixed this summer. I was so nice to him and his worker, even providing lunch. He's not only provides terrible quality work but he's a scam artist.

Review: Put guttering up 11/26/15 - one end leaked. I called, they finally came January filled the end that didn't leak with screws to lower it so the other end would drain. Now the whole front is crooked. Called in February didn't come March, called April, May, last call June 4, 2016. After pulling the other end down the rain runs off roof behind the guttering not in itDesired Settlement: I want at least 1/2 my money back.

Review: We were looking for someone to put metal roofs on two out buildings. [redacted] gave us the phone number for J&D home improvement. We called J&D and made an appointment for them to come by and give us a quote. J&D came by on May 9, 2014 and took measurements for the two buildings. The quote stated, this is the price for installing roofs on two buildings with bergundy color metal at a price of $1550.00. [redacted] asked for 1/2 up front for materials and the rest when completed.

We paid him $775.00 on May 9th. We called him the next week and he said he had been delayed because of rain. We tried to call him multiple times after that and got his voice mail which stated his mail box was full. We contacted [redacted] and they said they would give J&D the message to call us. We have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: We want our roofs put on the two buildings or a refund of our money.

The contractor J&D has not shown up to do our roofs. Complaint #[redacted]. They said 2 weeks and it has been more than 2 weeks. What is our next step? Please advise. Thanks.
