Review: This company claims to represent you in regards to liquor licensing in the state of New York. However, all they did to represent me was file paperwork, which I could have done. They did not come to the community board meetings with me, in which, they filed the wrong information and resulted me in going to the community board again. They did not come to represent me, which is part of what I am paying them for. Their response to why they couldn't come was, "other prior obligations." After expressing my concern of the lack of service via email on October [redacted], I have yet to receive a reply back from them. I have sent a follow-up email on the [redacted] and still have yet to hear back from them. They lack their own services and customer service as well.Desired Settlement: They charged me $300 for doing practically nothing.
