H Sent from my iPadThe response from the business is not accurate. My name is [redacted] and my husband [redacted] and I have been assisting [redacted]. We picked her up when the car started on fire and was stranded. We also had to pay 175.00 to have it towed in to D & R to see if it was fixable or what our options are. Only option was a new engine. They stated no adjustments were made in price because of battery which just had loose cables. Car was hard to steer during test drive and dealership was told. After the car started on fire Lonnie called dealership and then called me. The car was 2weeks old and didn't even have a license plate put on it as you can see from the picture. [redacted] was told that the car had just been serviced. My husband [redacted] called the dealership twice and spoke to manager. All phone calls were all made before the car was even 30 days old. [redacted] spoke to the manager about the car and if they back up the products they sell, he was told by J & S that once someone drives it off the lot, it was theirs and too bad. We asked about any type of warranty like most dealerships have with assisting if there is something wrong within the first 30 days. [redacted] spent her life's savings on this car and it is sitting in a lot at D & R while we figure out what to do with a car that cost $3500 and isn't drivable. It is a lemon. [redacted] has cried so many times because of using all of her money to purchase this car for college and not having anything to drive. The dealership said they would never leave a customer in a bad situation because it is not good for their business but this is exactly what they did to this young lady. They should be doing something to correct this situation.

Absolutely terrible doctors office. I go because of its location. Every time I call they forward me to voice mail and they constantly mess up my prescriptions. I am CONTINUOUSLY leaving them voice mails, never getting anything resolved, having to drive to their office, and spending a lot of time on the phone with pharmacist. Every month they do something to screw up and make me drive to their office to fix it. They have never sent my prescriptions to the right pharmacy. When they do send my prescriptions to pharmacies there is always something that causes a delay; my doctors office constantly misspells my name and never gets my birth date correct. It is a circus more than a doctors office. If you have a lot of time and patience and enjoy doing remedial tasks over and over again I highly recommend you give Imperial a shot.

Heather assisted her with this purchase. She had to boost the vehicle to get it started and had to do this two times, she then told the customers it would probably need a new battery. They wanted the vehicle regardless and Heather reduced the price so they could get a new battery put in. Roughly 2 weeks later [redacted]'s father contacted us and talked to our mechanic he tried to diagnose it over the phone, nothing was mentioned about any brake or power steering problems or the car starting on fire. Business 'follow-up' response received via fax to Revdex.com: "To Whom It May Concern:This letter is concerning a complaint on our business ID: [redacted]Everything we stated in our previous correspondence is true, to the best of our knowledge. There is no hearsay. We did adjust the price from $4500 to $3500. The ad on our website and the ad we put in the Autos + Trucks magazine was for $4500. we check our vehicles before we put them on the lot for sale to make sure they are all in working order. It was okay when (they) purchased it and drove away. I don't know how all of those problems can occur in 3 weeks time, and I'm not saying they didn't, but we have no idea when things will happen with a used vehicle. No one called and wanted to know if we could help them out in any way. Our heart goes out to her, but we feel that this no fault of ours. When she test drove it, bought it, and drove away, it was in good running condition.Sincerely,Shirley [redacted]"

Review: After my repeated statements of not interested in this car,I continued to look around at other autos, and this sales personAsked me into the office and my daughter and I went in and thisPerson had already had the paperwork already printing out forThis 2004 Nissan Altima, which I again stated I was not interestedIn purchasing that car. However Tony (Anthony), insisted and by this time, he had called in a second person whom I was told was The owner of the sales lot and he also was pushing this car off on me, stating that the paperwork had already been printed. At this point I felt pressured into buying a car that I knew From the start was not what I wanted to begin with, and There was nothing I felt I could do, there was no way outOf that office without signing for that car. Of course they have it today and are not giving it back to me or my $ 3,400.00 down payment either.I do not know what I need to do to get my money back..They have taken the car back and kept my money?!Desired Settlement: I would like all my money refunded to meWithout any further contact from or withThis business.
