I am rejecting this response because: I have fees given to me from the bank, I have been there multiple times on several occasions and they did absolutely nothing to help me so I will not accept the original 800$ I had put down on the white Evo under my father in laws name [redacted] 800$ was taken from my card and my account and they knew my situation I met with several of the sales persons including doing the debit transaction INSIDE WITH THE MAN WHO DOES THE FINANCING. When the business did call me not only did he be a complete incompetent it but he had no idea what I was talking about maybe if he sat down and spoke with his employees he would know what was happening at his business. I owe 999.11$ to us bank after fees. On the last page you will see all the fees they have given me surrounding this dispute.

The 2008 Pathfinder was sold AS IS and the dealership disclosed any known damages to customer at...

the time of purchase as required by California DMV Regulations. I will be providing all the proper documents to demonstrate the dealer acted truthfully. The prior damages disclosed where as follow(FRAME DAMAGE AND PRIOR ACCIDENTS) Customer signatures on both English and Spanish prior History vehicle disclosures.  As to the issue about suing is also known as the Arbitration Addendum which we would have Arbitrator hear your case. I will include such supporting documents with this letter. We have not have any phone call from customer stating there was an issue with the purchase. Review: In April 2015 I Jacklyn ware put down a 800$ deposit onto a 05 Mitsubishi Evo to hold over night so they could not sell the vehicle until I came in from work to attempt to buy it. When I walked in and decided against the car and wanted to take my business elsewhere they were extremely rude and said they'd have a check for me within a couple days, days later I came in to pick up my check when he said he won't give me the deposit back. I then filed a dispute with us bank, the money was given to me as provisional credit and when they were unable to get a response the provisional credit was taken back. My bank account is now closed due to the major overdraft after fees of 911$ This company hadn't paid me since APRIL! I want my money and my bank account back open and I will not pay the fees this company has costed me. I have wasted time and energy attempting to get my deposit back even leaving work early so I could get there before they closed to get my money! They received the money from my debit card which us bank closed.Desired Settlement: I want my 800$ back, plus the fees they have caused me as well as 250$ for a waste of my time and gas! I am unknown to what us bank closed my account balance with so fees may be more than the 911$

Review: I was looking for a [redacted] pathfinder and this place was the only one in modesto with one. I went in looked at it everything looked great so I agreed to buy it. Now when we were signing the contract the sales person told me if later you find something wrong with the car notify us before you sue us. I asked him why he felt the need to tell us that and he said just because. . When I looked at his eyes I knew he knew something but he wasn't going to say. Now I have previously purchased a used car from a different dealership and they never made such a comment to imply there might be something seriously wrong with the car. I was in an accident a month after I bought the car. Somebody hit my left front drivers side. When my car was at the shop they called me in to look at prior damage and illegal work that had been done on the right passenger side. The whole front and side was rusted and the frame alignment is off due to that prior accident the car had been involved in and the insurance company isn't going to pay for prior damage. When I called j & s they didn't deny it they just pretty much said it's yours now not our problem. They should have to tell people if the car has been in a prior accident thdy should not simply pass it off as a used car with no problems and no prior damage. I would have never found out about that because all the damage and the rust is under the fenders and bumper.Desired Settlement: Repair the parts that were fixed illegally and all the damage. I'm paying 25k for a car with so many problems. I put $4000 down and if they weren't guilty they would have never said notify us before you sue us if you later find that the car has issues. If I would have known this SUV had been in a prior accident I would have NEVER bought it at that price with a damaged frame and the parts that are damaged and rusted and badly aligned under the right fender and bumper.

Review: I previously filed a complaint against Lobel Financial (Case XXXXXXXX) in regards to a vehicle repossession. In Lobel Financial's response they stated that the vehicle was returned to J & S Quality Motors and is now in the dealers posession. I put $2500 down on the vehicle and had the vehicle repossessed without any notice due to a balance of $61. I only had the vehicle 2 months before repossession. I stated in my complaint that the proper DMV paper work was never filed and that I never received the registration or license plates on the vehicle as required by Ca state law. I was also told by this dealer to state that there were premium tires on the vehicle after I already had posession of the vehicle and paid $2000 cash on the vehicle or that the "vehicle deal would fall through with the finance company ". I was also told only to talk to "[redacted]" at Lobel financial and that if another customer service rep tried to help me to "hang up". Due to the fact that I am not experienced in vehicle purchases I followed these instructions. Now looking back in retrospect it is clear that some shady business is going on between J&S Quality Motors and Lobel Financial. I now know the "premium tires" they were referring to were actually known as "rims" and that the vehicle did NOT come with rims. So esentially I was told to lie. I have witnesses that can confirm this as I showed several coworkers the text messages I receieved from the dealership stating this.

customer vehicle was repossed by lobel financial for a shortage of payment the dealer is not at fault for the customer vehicle being repossed. we had too pay her loan off completely too lobel which is called a buy back which if the customer defaults with in the recourse payments then dealer will immedtialy will have too buy back loan from lobel thats how we ended up with this vehicle . unfortantely thats how this situation happened. the vehicle was registered with in the 90days allowed by california dmv. and there is no other issue from our end. we have not been contacted from customer in regards too this matter we can be contacted at (XXX)XXX-XXXX ask for [redacted] ill be more than happy too assist in what ever I can thank you
