When we took this job, we explained to the customer that the time of delivery for the parts was at the discretion of the company we ordered them fromWe received the parts for the job on three different days spanned over two weeks from the first delivery to the lastWe explained to him that we
could not give him a time-frame on the job because it is a custom fabrication job done to the frame and the customer told us that he was not in a rush for the truck and for us to take our time to do it rightOn a job of this caliber, the work is very tedious and can lead to a disaster if it is not done properlyWe have had to fabricate most of the parts for this job which is a difficult and time-consuming taskWe have talked to the customer on several occasions and explained to him and apologized for the waitWe explained that we are only a three bay shop with two technicians and most of the cutting and welding had to be done outside, which we could not do during the week-long period of rain.We aim to please all of our customers and we have never had this problem beforeMost of all of our customers are very understanding that you can't put a time-frame on a custom installation and because we are neighbors with Mr*** we also charged him dollars less than we normally do because he is a friend and he said he wasn't in a hurryAll other air bag jobs normally run to but we are doing everything to make him happy and rightI insure full satisfaction
