In regard's to the complaint filed by the *** familyThere memorial for the loved one has already been placed in StJohns Cemetery on 3-**-
In response to the customers complaint, while we understand the importance of erecting the monument in a timely matter, we as a company will not tolerate office staff being called derogatory names, or threats of bodily harm from a customerA police report was filled in conjunction with this customers threats to do harm.
It was explained to the customer that we can only enter a cemetery to set a memorial if the cemetery allows itThere are many factors that impact when we are allowed to erect a monument, weather being the main oneThe weather of that week was below degrees at which point the cemetery did not allow any memorials to be set
While the customer is correct we can set days a week, weather and scheduling of trucks entering the cemetery is something that must be taken into consideration

Review: A monument was purchased for my deceased father on 08/**/2013. We finalized the purchased on 03/**/2014. The sales person [redacted] informed us the monument would be set at the cemetery the week of 03/**/2014 weather permitting. On 03/**/2014 I contacted [redacted] as to the delay in setting the monument. [redacted] informed me St.Johns cemetery only allow monuments to be set on specific days of the week and refused to tell me the days further stating the days that were approved the weather was not appropriate for setting the monument. When asked what would be the earliest day the monument can be set , [redacted] responded he was not a meteorologist and can not predict the weather and further stated if I was not happy with the service he would put the monument out front on the curb and can pick it up myself and set and as well. [redacted] became more sarcastic and arrogant. I told [redacted] the monument was paid in full and the service promised was not completed he became angry and informed me to contact his attorney and provide a telephone number of ###-###-#### but did not provide a name. We spoke with a individual who identified himself as [redacted] of Moreski Law Firm and refused to provide a business address. [redacted] assured me the monument will be set at the earliest convenience of [redacted] and weather permitting. I contacted St.John Cemetery in [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] who informed me the monument can be set anytime Monday through Friday weather permitting.Desired Settlement: I would like J.Auricchio monuments to complete the job and set my fathers monument ASAP.
