Without the kitchen, appliances, and pergola how can you respond with "100% .complete except for"When a job is 100% complete that includes everythingNothing is untrue with my statement as of this dateIts up to contractor to follow through and produce as plans and contract dictate and only if this happens will the job be 100%This complaint is validThe integrity of your business and its reputation is up to how you choose to handle it moving forwardi stand by my complain until it is 100% complete and done properly in a reasonble time frame

The fact your calling me a thief posing as a contractor is enough for me to end this conversationYou cost me thousands of dollars with all your initial ridiculous complaints with the cslb and bond company's in which you soon after recanted You cost me bond fees, re-instatement fee's etc etcYou did upgrade appliances and added things that were not in original contractAnd for the record your pergola is not per the stamped approved plans from your association!!!
