We agree that Mr*** test drove the Cadillac CTS on Thursday January 7thAt that time, Mr*** expressed concern
about a "check engine" light that was onHe requested that it be diagnosed and repaired before he would consider purchasing the vehicle
Our salesperson Kyle, assured Mr*** that we would diagnose and repair the vehicleKyle at that time also explained our customer application and sales process to Mr*** stated that he would prefer to complete the application and all paperwork on the same day if he decided to purchase the vehicle after it was repaired
Kyle indicated to Mr*** that we have three locations in northern Indiana and that all three share the same inventoryIt was also explained to Mr*** that we cannot "hold" vehicles for customers that haven't processed an application and started the sales process
The vehicle was moved to our Plymouth location to have it officially diagnosed and repairedMr*** called on Monday January 11thKyle informed him that the vehicle was no longer at his location and, as soon as he had any information, he would contact him
Mr*** called again on Wednesday January On that day, Kyle was out of the office due to illnessThe customer was informed by our Warsaw office manager that the vehicle did not show in active inventoryUnknowingly to Kyle, the vehicle had been sold at our Plymouth location
As stated previously, Mr*** was told that we do not hold vehicles and that all three Pioneer locations have the potential of selling from the other lots
Frankly we are flattered that Mr*** was that impressed with one of our vehicles to file a complaint with the Revdex.com over this matterWe do admit that we move inventory quickly and our vehicles do not last long on our sales lotOur customers recognize that fact and hasten their purchase accordinglyTruthfully, most of the time, we have more demand for our vehicles than we have inventory
We would be happy to find another vehicle in our inventory that would satisfy Mr***'s wants and needsWe want nothing more than to make a new customer happyHowever, our process will remain the same, an application must be filled-out and no vehicle can be held without the sales process being initiated

This comment on your reply to my complaint is 100% incorrect

I did NOT state that I wanted to fill the paperwork out at time of purchaseKyle told me that is what would happen when I come in to buy the carOn Thursday, January 7th when I told Kyle that I wanted to purchase the vehicle if the "check engine light" was a minor repairI asked him if I needed to leave a down payment on the car to make sure I wouldn't lose it to someone else and he said "No, I'll let you know when the car is ready and then there will be some paperwork to fill out at that time" If I was told that filling out the paperwork would have assured me of the vehicle I would have done it right there on the spot

I am very confusedI don't know what Mr*** wants me to doMy salesperson is telling one story and *** is stating something completely differentAll I can say is that we are sorry about the situationThe car was NOT sold to an employee, family or friendAs previously stated, the car sold (unknowingly to Kyle) to a customer at our Plymouth location
