Review: I took my truck to this man shop to fix my truck first telling him to put my vehicle on a diagnosis machine. My truck had an oil leak very bad and it was shutting down on me. After taking my truck to this shop, I was told that my truck needed an ECM (computer), Valve cover gasket set and an oil pan set. All this would cost me $1154.00 in total so I paid the mechanic $700 to start on my vehicle and then I gave him another $320 about 3 weeks later and $135 the very last 2 weeks. I got my truck back on December 18th and it was doing the same exact thing. There was oil everywhere I drove the truck and it was shutting down on me. I had my vehicle for only two days so I had to take it back to him which kept me from having my vehicle for the holidays and although I called this man, he did not respond to me to tell me what was going on with my vehicle. Well mind you it was doing this from the start so when I consulted with the mechanic, he told me that my truck is designed to shut down when something is going on with it so that it wont blow up. Well if that is the case then how would he know that it needed an ECM? After having to take my truck back the second time, I asked this mechanic for the paperwork for my vehicle. I asked for a print out of my diagnosis since that is what I asked for from the beginning, the information that shows that he ordered me an ECM, the valve cover gasket and oil pan ticket to show that he had really ordered the parts because I am really questioning the work now. He could not show me anything but instead called me on December 30th to come at my truck. I came at my truck and although the oil was not leaking again, my truck was missing as if the spark plugs and wires may have been a conflict at this point. He claim to have changed them out as well so why is my truck still having any problems? I feel like he have ripped me off, especially since he can't show the proof, and can not fix my truck correctly. I would like my money back so that I can take it to a real shopDesired Settlement: Since this man has had my truck I have had to pay people to get me to and from work. That was more that I had to pay out my pocket. I feel like I should be refunded $1000.00 so that I can take my truck to a person that can really fix it.

Review: SEPT.2014 I PAID [redacted] 2500 TO REPLACE A MOTOR IN MY CAR, FIX MY AC , AND REPAIR MY FRONT BUMBER.I HAD A SIX MONTH WARRANTY ON MY MOTOR. MY BUMBER WAS REMOVED AND HASN'T BEEN REPLACED.IN MARCH 05,2015 MYCAR MADE A FUNNY NOISE ND SHUT DOWN. I CALLED HIM ABOUT IT. HE STATED HE WAS COMING CHECK ON IT BEFOR 12PM. HE NEVER CAME AND HAVEN'T YET. I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES HE STATED HE WAS THEN IN TEXAS WITH HIS MOM AND AS SOON AS HE GET BACK HE WILL COME GET IT. I PASSED BY HIS SHOP ON APRIL 7,2015 HE WAS THERE. I CALLED NO ANSWER, I THEN TEXTED NO REPLY. I THEN WENT THERE, HE JAD FOUR VEHICLES THERE.I SPOKE TO HIM HE WAS SUPPOSE TO COME GET IT THAT DAY. IT IS NOW APRIL 9,2015 HE ISN'T ANSWERING NOR HAS HE CAME GOTTEN IT. IT HASN'T RAINED OR ANYTHING.AS OF APRIL 10,2015 I HAVE TO PAY 100 TO CITY COURT OF HOUMA TO SUE HIM.Desired Settlement: I paid 2500
