Review: On 4/16/2014 I placed a work order for a non skid material to be installed at my home stairwell. I was told they would install it in 2 weeks. At the time of the order I paid $1200 and at the time of the service was complete I would pay the remainder. 2 weeks passed and no one showed up. I went back to the store to inquire why no one showed up and I didn't even get a call. I was told the material had not arrived and we scheduled another appointment for 5/16/14. On 5/16/14 I stayed home from work waiting their arrival and no one showed up. I contacted [redacted] who is the manager of jcb interiors and the one I have been speaking with since my first encounter. He told me that the employees were at another job and he rescheduled for 5/23/14. On 5/23/14 the employees arrived and started the installation. I noticed the materials were not the one I had ordered and I told them not to do the installation because it wasn't what I paid for. I called [redacted] once again he he stated the the company probably sent the wrong material. I have been so disappointed with this whole situation. I told him I would give him 2 weeks to give me my money back. I have been back to pick up my money 5 times and every time he has a different story. Either the check is not signed, the person that needs to sign it is not here. I'm am highly upset with this business and all I want is my money back.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back I have been waiting 3 months and still nothing.

I am in the process of getting this customer a refund check of $1,200.00 on this complaint #1[redacted]. I will mail out a check to them by Saturday 8/9/14. Sorry to [redacted] for the product not being what he expected.
