Have used this individual for various projects. The latest repair contracted, which I gave him the referral, was not properly finished. Contractor charged for items not installed and not completed. Repairs were not done in a timely manner. Repairs that needed to be finished had to be refinished and repaired by another contractor. Unreliable, untrustworthy.
