Review: This company -person- who installed our heating system improperly installed the system causing it to fail on us approximately 6-8 times during late Fall and thru the winter Months. He could not figure out why it kept shutting itself down and burning large amounts of fuel. He came back in May 2013 to install the air conditioning system and in less than 24 hours after installing unit, it froze solid causing a strain on the unit. We had to shut it down. We called him and he told us to pay him the balance of the money we owed him and he would fix it. He threatened us, told us he was going to tear out the heating and cooling units if we didnt anty up with him.Desired Settlement: We want our 12000.00 back and he can come and get his heating cooling units out of our house. its been less than a year that weve had these units.

I went back 4-5 times and we had multiple issues, we got all the issues resolved since last fall. I did not charge for any of those additional visits. They still owe me $3150 for the air conditioning installation which took place June 2013. The reason they went through all the propane was because their new addition was not complete and therefore not insulated and the furnace would basically run constantly. Even the basic structure that was not newly added, was never properly insulated which also caused excessive use of fuel. The reason I had to go back twice was not because of the unit not working properly, but because they were out of propane already and that is not my responsibility. It is true that the Air conditioner froze up after installation due to improper manufacturer settings. I corrected those settings immediately and it works properly. I have had the situation reviewed by the general contractor on the job and he agrees that I did everything correctly and sees no additional problems currently. I will forward the signed affidavit by the general contractor.
