I live in the Pacific Isle Condominiums @ 3050 Rue D Orleans in Pt. Loma JC Plumbing worked on the pipes in a community wall I share with the neighboring unit. On the first appointment they undid the pipes under my sink determining the problem was not inside my unit. They failed to retighten them properly and flooding under my sink then occurred. The following Friday they were scheduled to complete the work and they no-showed. Several weeks later they did replace the problem pipes and caused a backup in my unit that flooded my kitchen and damaged my cabinets. Their worker smashed a drink can on my Corian counter top bruising it and they have not responded to my the HOA for reimbursement for repair cost. They also broke a crystal glass and threw away the pieces not advising me of the loss. I found a shard of glass that night under an appliance. They left a huge mess. I have pictures of all of this and have spent over three months seeking damages. The time three times I called their offices to report this the person in charge was supposed to return my call and did not. Please check YELP and you will see they have a very bad reputation and based on my experience I know why that is.
