Review: The elevation of our home by [redacted] and J-Con Inc was completed in March 2008. Since the completion we have an ongoing problem with the stucco cracking around the base of our home. [redacted] repaired the cracks several times, but the stucco cracks again within a few months. Both companies now refuse to correct the problem stating the stucco has a one year warranty. However, the stucco has never lasted a year.In addition, the entrance steps are now pulling away from the house and a structure built to cover the sewer line became so unstable we needed to tear it down to avoid a collapse into the main sewer line. In May 2013 Mr. [redacted] of J-Con promised to repair the structure,but never started the work and will not return our calls.Desired Settlement: Complete all repairs and correct the cause of the problems.
