Review: I was quoted and new Heat Pump system. I was promised a manufacturer rebate and [redacted] (elec Co) rebate. This was quoted on the signed contract. After installation complete and balance paid I was informed that there was in fact no manufacturers rebate and that the system they installed was not eligible for [redacted] rebate. I tried the resolve the $800 rebate cost quoted in price and contract but have been ignored by the owner who refuses to resolve the issue. I feel defrauded and deceived.Desired Settlement: I would like the $800 promised to be refunded to me in lieu of the contract stated rebates that did not exist.
