Our office has reviewed the Complaint of *** *** Please consider this email as the response to it by J.DByrider. First of all, many of the facts stated by Mr*** are inaccurate and are disputed. Mr*** was in default under his
contract for at least three reasons at the time his vehicle was repossessed and never brought the replacement vehicle into our office to be repaired. Although Mr*** contends the initial vehicle had transmission problems, it has been resold to another customer and there have been no complaints about any mechanical issues from the other customer
