I ordered a [redacted] speaker system from Thrilling Audio on 24 October, changed my mind, company failed to give me an RMA
I ordered a [redacted] Speaker on 24 Oct., changed my mind within 2 hours, called and email the company after delivery hours, which means it would not be set up for delivery until the next day. The company went ahead and shipped it the next day. They are always on "24 hour callback mode." I did not get a call back with an RMA despite 3 attempts since 24 Oct.
