OMG!!!!- wow...Well every year there is unfortunately 1-customers that well let's just say you wish them the best of luck.To respond to complaint, this lady can be very rudeAge has no relevance in this at allI applied Rd in may due to late season start because of horrible winter.she called
me days later to say she has crabgrass why do I have crabgrass?- I explained to her that is not crabgrass, it hasn't even started to germinate because the soil temperature has not hit degrees or better- She replied that is "***" I don't know what the ***! i'm talking about? I told her please do not curse like that if you don't believe me please call "*** *** and speak to professor's if you don't believe me, I explained what you have there is a mix of daligrass and quackgrass which is like a tall fescue it grows real quick!. I told her from day one and we started this lawn last year and she had someone else fertilizing it and they did a horrible joblawn looked real spotty.We are a company who has been in business for "YEARS"you don't stay in business that long if you do bad work or had bad employees!.we cut everyone's lawn 1/2- 3/4" HIGHER than anyone else to keep there lawn green!! we are not a mow-blow-and go company.I also explained to her when I came out to do rd in early june she said can't water yeti told her this product is a slow release because I deal with customers all the time that have water bans, no sprinklers or have to water odd or even days depending on town?that it would not be a concernshe still didn't want and I said fine and leftAs far as for the mowing my guys not guys when they are out there have all told me she is very rude to them!she wants the lawn all the time to be cut 2X-and or cut lowerwell if we did that she would be more upset because if you don't water?, and cut to short the grass will burn out- explained that to her.I told her you hired me to make your lawn look better let me do my job!.my employees did not like to go and mow her lawn every week they would tell me she would come out and have a attitude and if my nephew told her that i'm sorry mam but we can't do that cut 2x I would have to let my boss know and we would have to charge you accordingly-and she would yell at him and swear- her famous saying is that is "*** ***my guys know at all times to represent the company on all good standards or you will be fired-.I even expressed to her at the end that I "will not being mowing your lawn anymore"! she didn't cancel me I cancelled her- because I told her me and my employees don't deserve to be talked to that way!no one should be(And I wished her the Best with whoever she has for new company)i told her I was sending the final bill which she was late on sending the other one and to this date still hasn't- she then made a bunch of claims and such that it was my guys- and I calmly replied to her on phone that "*** you have sworn at me times on phone and once in person!!-that is why I am cancelling you whether you spend a $1,or $15,a year I as a company will not tolerate any customer!!! they are not worth it.and as far as all these claims about being sick, i'm sorry if so but every-time my guys were there she always came out- and even when I was there fertilizing.and then the remarks about everytime a car goes byi mean that is so childish- so sad to see someone has to resort to that.that is why I have a team of "Legal Attorneys" who handle all my collections if a customer does not payeverything is done professional to a T.thank you Revdex.com- but this is just truly sad from this customer to go to this level!
