J & D Snowplow

I requested J&D Snowplow based solely on their advertisement "We provide twice a day service once before 6:30AM & before 5:00PM after 2 inches of snowfall. [redacted] (one of the owners) came to my home in October when I voiced my concerns and appreciation of his hours because I am starting an in-home childcare business and his company promises plow services at the exact hours I need to ensure parents can safely use my drive to pick up and drop off their children. Last Friday morning/afternoon we had 5-6" of snowfall. [redacted] did not plow our drive until 7AM the following morning. Sunday we woke to another few inches in the drive and NO service. I left a voice mail for [redacted] at 10am simply asking if he was plowing that day or if there was a problem. I stated if there was, I would understand, but if not to please call me bc of my concerns about the lack of service provided thus far. I stated that due to my business I needed to know whether or not I could depend on him or if I should simply find another company. I never received a returned call. I also emailed his partner, [redacted]and still have not received a response. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited. Yesterday we had 4+inches of snowfall before 4pm. At 6:05pm I text messaged [redacted] requesting a partial refund ($100) by this morning or I would be reporting him to the Revdex.com and pursuing a full refund ($150). His response was "I had to work all day and now I'm out plowing sorry I need to make money too". By this time all of my customers had picked up their children. I stated to [redacted] this was the THIRD time his contract agreement was broken. He stated "if you want 100 back that's fine there's just things you need to know about plowing" then asked if I wanted my drive plowed but by this time my husband had gotten home to do it. I replied "don't bother, just bring the money". I have not received my refund nor have I heard back from [redacted] nor [redacted].
