Used Jennings services in 2008 to set up a Trust account and assist in moving property into that Trust account. We paid the for the services in full in September 2009 ($1,500)with the expectation that the other properties that were not completely moved into the Trust at that time would be completed when we re-contact Mr. Jennings. In October 2009 I recontaced him to complete the services, he charged us an additional $864.48 however there was never any financial disclosure that there would be additional charges to complete the transfer of the properties that were started in 2008.
