The complaint has been resolvedThe bank went above and beyond to get the issues remedied and I would like to reflect that on their Revdex.com[redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below On several occasions we have found out the Mr [redacted] had blatantly lied to us about when title work was ordered, as well as expectations on the loan and with the title companyI am unfortunate to see that Mr [redacted] has responded to this complaint in the way that he did, as we now have a plan to sit down in person to discuss the entirety of the issues from inceptionI would expect a resolving response would have taken place after this meeting, but it seems as though this is not the caseI do not have an issue with this bank itselfI'm sure the rest of their services and offerings are exemplary, as there have not been any other Revdex.com complaints regarding thatMy issue is with the sincerity and honesty of a member of the mortgage lending staffThe lack of timeliness and professionalism of this transaction has been the most disappointingI will be happy to sit and discuss ALL of the issues with Mr***Until then I would hope he waits to submit a final response Regards, [redacted] ***

We regret Ms***’s dissatisfaction with the Bank.First Capital Bank of Kentucky has strived since its inception more than years ago, to provide individuals, business and the community it serves with outstanding service One indication of our success in doing so is the lack of similar
complaints filed with either the Bank or the Revdex.com in the past The lender handling the transaction has over years of banking experience No complaints regarding the lender’s level of customer service have been filed previously The approval response time was not up to the Bank’s standards and we fully understand the customer’s frustration with this portion of the transaction, however the transaction was approved and heading toward consummation A major issue arose which prevented the Bank from completing the transaction This issue was explained to the customer both by Bank staff and the closing attorney on several occasions, on a timely basis and in a courteous manner In addition, I, as the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer, reached out to Ms*** on several occasions, beginning July 22nd, to see what could be done to assist her with the transaction No response was received until August We do not know why Ms*** perceived, in her words “everyone was goofing off” during her one and only meeting with Mr*** on Bank premises Ms*** arrived for an unscheduled meeting with Mr*** at 4:PM In spite of the fact that the meeting was not scheduled, Mr*** met with her within a few minutes of her arrival Aside from end of the day banter typical at any office, no unprofessional activity took place In fact, during the tenure of the meeting, only a couple of the members of the staff remained on the premises The Bank believes the transaction’s outcome, based upon the present set of facts, is in the customer’s best interest In addition, the Bank is willing to conclude the transaction if the issue which has prevented its completion is resolved *** ** ***Executive Vice PresidentFirst Capital Bank of Kentucky

Mr***'s response was made within the days as requested by the Revdex.com but the issue had not yet been resolved. The Bank is still working towards closing this loan for Ms*** Sadly, the Bank is unable to close a loan without title being resolved and without lien payoffs. Once the loan is closed the Bank will be able to respond to Ms*** and the Revdex.com
