J. Guerrieri Construction

Review: Joe Guerrieri Construction L.L.C. was hired to remove and replace roof w/dimensional, shingles aprox 35sq (shingles, drip edge, tar paper, ice and water shield pipe boots). The roof is leaking on the sun porch for the 4th time. We contacted Joe Guerrieri several times. It is still leaking. After inspecting the roof I found that the drip edge was not replaced and found old shingles still on the roof (was supposed to be total rip off). Flashing was not installed and chimney was not treated around the edge. Where the sunporch and the house meet the shingles are dipping causing severe leak. The Contractor was notified 4/13/15 about the 4th leak, making it clear that they are not to come over to the house without me being there. They still have done nothing to help me and I haven't heard anything from them since. I also told the roofer when the job was done that I wanted the shingles that were left over. He said they always order more then they need so they don't have to make another trip to get more and the left over was a bonus for him and he took them- which I paid for. Also they were suppose to upgrade the electrical box service to 200 amp (the electrical box was only upgraded to 150 amp). The driveway on the side of the house was cut to install underground cable and the job replacing the concrete was very bad. The concrete is buckling causing the rest of the side driveway to buckle.Desired Settlement: I gave the contractor 4 chances to fix the problem on the list including replacing what was not replaced with no results. Therefore I am having another contractor come out to give me an estimate for fixing the problem with the roof, upgrading the electrical box to 200 amps per the contract and repairing the driveway. I want Joe Guerrieri Construction to pay what it costs for these repairs to make it right
