[redacted] came out and said he could fix my A/C within the next couple of days after he fetched a necessary part. Good, great, wonderful. Well 2 days turned to 4, 4 to 8, etc. After repeated phone calls from myself he would finally answer and tell me "tomorrow, we're coming tomorrow." I had to deal with A+ because they were one of two contractors to choose from through my horrible home warranty program/scam(Old Republic Home Warranty). The other contractor was already dismissed after horrible service. Anyways after repeated attempts to get him out there and repeated calls to the home warranty service he arrived two weeks later and completed the repair. Didn't offer any discount, a thanks for being patient, nothing. I had to purchase two wall units and cut my roomate a break on rent. Nope just a $330 bill which I didn't want to pay right away for obvious reasons, plus I needed to see if the repair worked, right? Well ten minutes after he leaves, his office contacts me, threatening me because of non payment. What legitimate business demands payment on the spot? I now realize my heat doesn't work. So why should I pay this guy? This company is a joke. They are now threatening a collections agency on me and threatwning to file a lien against the house. NEVER USE A+ Refrigeration. Plus I now have mold growing around my air vents on the ceiling. Don't use this company.
