I cannot say enough good things about [redacted] and his expertiseAlways able to answer my questions then follows up and fixes the problemHad him work on both my washer and dryer (at different times) and each time he gave great advice and was able to make the repair quicklyI would recommend J&H appliance repair

We agreed to supply the control panel for the [redacted] , outside of their home warranty at no charge to themThe part was not in stock and was a special order, we informed her and her husband of that on several occasionsShe was unhappy with the part delay, so we then offered her cash in lieu of the partShe refused that offer so the part was kept on order.Mrs [redacted] informed our office that as soon as the part came in, that she wanted to have the part shipped directly to her home and they would handle the install themselvesOnce the part was released from parts distributor we had the part forwarded to her address as she requestedWe have fulfilled all commitments we had discussed and agreed upon with the homeownerJ & H Microwave & ApplianceOffice: [redacted] Fax:( [redacted]

I have used J&H Microwave & Appliance for several years - they have always been extremely efficient and knowledgeable and more importantly managed to diagnose and repair faults quickly I have no hesitation in recommending them While not a Viking authorized service agent, the tech who looks after me is ex Viking and knows what he is doing I have thoroughly recommend them

This is a very unprofessional company my warranty company sent them out to do repairs and the technician was very rude, does not call before arriving and no appointment is ever scheduled!!! When I went to the door the man was kicking and flapping arms around and talking to himself he seemed to be CRAZY! He does not know anything because first he said it was one part then the second time I called and he was out he said it was something else the appliance is still not working and now they say that its just a noise that the appliance makes and it is not covered by my warranty company but they never said anything until I contacted them I spoke with Melissa at the office and she was very rude as well and lying about the issues my appliance was having THEY ARE MEAN LIARS! THEY JUST CHARGE FOR THE WORK BUT NEVER FINISH THE JOB!! THEY PROBABLY WANT TO GET ANOTHER PAYMENT TO FINISH THE JOB!

I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic and professional this company has been. I had a issue with my washer; leaking, loud noise and not spinning. The service technician (Garrett) showed up on time and pin pointed the issue within minutes. Although the service was covered under my HWA, he took the time--during the holiday to call us and see how things were going. My point is---this company doesn't just show up and leave--they follow up to check status. Happy New Year Garret and J&H--you guys were truly a Blessing to my husband and I!!!!!

The tech who is also the owner came out to fix our dishwasher. He is contracted with my home warranty company. This man is horrid. Completely unprofessional, talks over his customers, interrupts and doesn't listen, arrogant, yells at his customers, says they lie and hangs up on them. I have NEVER experienced such low class unprofessional behavior like this from anyone and cannot believe they are in business. After looking online, 98% of the reviews I have seen on him have been really negative. Get into another line of work if you are this miserable.

Fantastic service. Very professional! Called to have our washer pump repaired. They came right out. Not only was our pump fixed but we also learned how to reduce our bills, get our front loader smelling fresh amongst other helpful information. Highly recommend these guys!!!!
