The 2nd time the wrong item was shipped even after calling and speaking with a representative.September 27, 2015 I ordered the following:Item# [redacted]Item# XXXXXCItem# XXXXXorder#jharlen-XXXXXOctober 1, 2015 An email stated they shipped the following:Item# [redacted]Item# XXXXXCItem# XXXXXorder#jharlen-XXXXXOctober 8, 2015 I received the following:Item# [redacted] (incorrect item)Item# XXXXXCItem# XXXXXOctober 8, 2015I called and left a voice mail asking for help on this matter.October 9, 2015I received a call for a lady named [redacted] she stated that the correct item 3202C would be shipped that day.October 9, 2015They sent an email stating they sent 3502C (incorrect item) I called but they were already closed.October 10, 2015I called again and left a message then sent an email. Asking If they cant fulfil the order that I would cancel payment and go elsewhere.Desired SettlementThe Revdex.com carries weight with large businesses. To them I'm just another number. For me it would be nice to have a third party (Revdex.com) send an email or make a call and say hey, you have sent this guy the wrong item twice and when he calls he cant get a hold of anyone, this is not a good business practice. I not to worried about getting my money back or that I will never get the right item. At first he offered me a t-shirt but I told him Id prefer to get my item shipped overnight or 2-day, he stated he would see if he could have that done. I specifically ask what he wanted me to do with the item that I already had, and the one that was currently in the mail. He said to return it when you receive the second wrong item, this made sense because they only sent me one UPS return label.October 13, 2015I received the correct item they sent overnight.October 15, 2015When I returned home the second package was at the door.October 16, 2015I took the second package into town and shipped the original wrong item with the second wrong item with the shipping label I was told to use. UPS# 1Z1X4FXXXXXXXXXXXXOctober 19, 2015I looked at my bank account and noticed a charge Oct. 13 2015 for $144.20 from J HARLEN CO INC, My original purchase was on Oct. 2, 2015 for $297.25.1. I did not authorize anyone to charge my card, not for that amount, not for that day.2. How can you charge a customer for something they never ordered never wanted and did not keep.3. I want the money for which I did NOT receive any service or product refunded to my account immediately.I wanted leave this as resolved, and I did appreciate the fact the correct item was sent overnight. But then again, I'm sitting at a keyboard $144 poorer and [redacted] off. Per the Revdex.com "Step 2: Fill out your Response" I'm supposed to propose a compromise and well here it is: Return the money you unlawfully took or I'm reporting this as fraud. Final Business Response /[redacted]/We have credited the $144.00 back to your charge card and everything should be correct. You should be able to verify the incoming credit with your bank.I'm sorry the process of undoing our mistake required so many steps. We've tried to get this corrected as quickly as possible.
