from the HVAC unit, which was installed prior to her purchase of the property.J Hess Group, LLC provides a one year builder's warranty for all homes sold*** *** received such a warranty, which expired on May 31,2017, She contacted J Hess Group, LLC about the problem on October 12, Almost months after her purchase of the properly.During the course of those months, she would have run the HVAC unit through two full summer seasons and a winter season, with what must be assumed as no problems, given she didnt contact J Hess Group, LLC until October 12,As the builder's warranty had expired by that point, she was advised to contact the manufacturer.Given the expiration of She builder’s warranty, and because it cannot be determined with any certainty that the leak was caused by the actions or inaction of any agent of J Hess Group, LLC, J Hess Group, LLC will not be responsible for any repairs.Thank you for your attention to this matterSincerely,Rachel S
