Review: I personally know jeff but as far as his work ethics...it's sad!!! You pay him all your money up front and our pool still is not complete! Signed contract in 2-26-15, finally started digging 5/15/15...as if 7-25-15 STILL NOT COMPLETE!!! Pool keeps blowing transformers, travertine not complete, saltwater system is not working. I have the gunite guy from tropical pools that jeff hired looking for money. All I want is the job to be completed in a timely manner... Can't blame it on the weather cause as we all know it's been extremely hot with no rain for weeks!!! Says he will show up on this day and this day ...etc...then we get an excuse of why he can't...then another excuse...and another. Totally disgusted with this guy!Desired Settlement: Finish the job you started...MY JOB!!!...be more professional. You have a awesome sales pitch....but you just don't come through!!

Review: Paid [redacted] to do an inground hot tub on 7/5/15 (A little over 21K). On 8/5/15 [redacted] started working on my hot tub and it has been a disaster ever since. My hot tub is still not complete and has a leak above the skimmer; therefore, we cannot use the skimmer. [redacted] work ethic is pathetic. My job started on 8/5/15 and we are almost in December. From 8/5/15 - 11/30/15, Jeff has over 33 NO SHOWS. I would never trust him with your money upfront and would never recommend this guy to do any type of work for you.Desired Settlement: Finish my job. If you commit to showing up and working on my job, show up. I am tired of excuses. I want you to fix the leak when my hot tub is filled above the skimmer.

Review: One year ago he fixed my leaking pool, it took him 6 months to come to see the leak. Its been a year now and have not seen him at all. He e-mail me telling me he coming to fix the cement but has not shown up.Desired Settlement: I would like him to fix the cement, and paint the decking.
