My husband called this company to have to come give us an estimate for a new garage door opener. At the time, I needed to discuss the excessive cost with my husband before making a decision. I was charged a 60.00 service call by the company to come out for an estimate. That was never quoted at the time the appointment was made. I tried to resolve the issue with the company and they refused to refund my money. I have NEVER been charged by any company to have a estimate given. Stay away from these people. Once they have your money, you either get nothing or no service.
My garage door jump off the track, due to excessive manipulation. I called them to put it back on its track. Justin, the technician/owner, replaced and charged me for 10 door rollers, without first discussing it with me. He also misrepresented information about my garage door, in an attempt to have me replace the door. Thankfully I did not buy into it. I will never use this company again.
