Review: I purchased an arbor green satchel bag from jj cole. I used it about 2 months and the handles started coming apart from the bag .

After the handles started coming apart and there begin to be obvious fraying I contacted the jj cole company and that began my nightmare. I emailed with a rep by the name of [redacted] and she said that they would replace my bag or I could send it back. So they had me cut a slit in it and write the confirmation number on it and send a picture. I opted to have them send me a bag and in an email she told me I had to send it back. So the cheapest I could find to ship was 20.00 then I told her I shipped it and she said that I didn't have to. When she clearly told me they had to receive my bag before I could get a new one. She begins to tell me that I didn't understand their process and sends me an email highlighting the options. But it never said if you want a new bag you don't have to send the old one back. I asked to speak to a manger and that was a joke. I received this quick email with bag spelled wrong by the way. And it said sorry you had a bad experience hope the next time is better. What?really?your customer service rep basically told me I was stupid and she basically told me the same thing [redacted] wouldn't help me. I was trying to be reimbursed for my shipping costs but no one there would email me or be kind to me. The first rep actaully said shipping should have been 6.00 when 20.00 was the cheapest that I could ship it. She doesn't know shipping costs for the entire united states. They were so rude and made me feel so stupid and wouldn't email me back and I said that I was writing to the Revdex.com and the nmanager Sadi oh I'm sorry you can get 20.00worth of baby products from the sister store, I don't need any baby products I just wanted my shipping costs paid for because they did not properly explain it and they were rude and wouldn't email me back and they said in not so many words that I am stupid. I s seeking just my shipping. But because they still wouldn't email me back or help me I'm asking for the full refund 69.95 so when this bag that I have falls apart I can replace it again.

I think it's pretty rude to not fully explain your return policy and they tell the customer that in a very casual way you're stupid. This all happened right after my fathers death so I needed a bagI travel with.

Going thru that expereince I didn't need customer service people being so rude and ignorant. If you can't even take the time to email and help a customer thats pretty bad. I would send multiple emails and no one would reply and the nmanager is just as bad. I said you need to be more clear on your policies, I don't have the extra money as a stay at home mom to waste 20.00 on shipping if I don't have to.Desired Settlement: Like I stated I was trying to be reimbursed for my shipping since they didn't fully explain their return policy. However I have tried to contact them multiple times and the manager that emailed me and they ignore me so I am seeking 69.95 if and when this bag falls apart I can replace it. Plus I think saying that you didn't understand our policy e underlying tone made me feel that they were saying I'm stupid and I didn't get it when it wasn't clear at all. Maybe it was to them caeca use they deal with it everyday but I don't know it. I expect it to be clear and concise.

I decided to ask for a full refund instead of just my shipping because if being ignored multiple times and I don't think they should be talking to customers like that because there are people that have disabilities and what if I did ? And they are saying you don't understand. Thats pretty ignorant. And for the manger to ignore me and tell me the same thing. Then offer me products that I don't need or want. It was like they totally ignored me and I ever old them that I didn't like that they said I was stupid and they never apologized to me or emailed me again.

I really didn't want to have to submit a complaint. But the customer service reps were not polite to me at all. They really didn't help me and we're staying that things were my fault. They were passing blame on the consumer when they didn't fully explain things. I really don't want to be treated like this again and I want a full refund so if this bag breaks I can purchase one without being involved with them. Plus it's also for the inconvenience they have caused me and how rudely I was treated and how they spoke to me.
